I have bought the Samsung galaxy s23 from the sky store that came with a £100 cashback and earbuds but have had no correspondence email on how to claim. Can someone help me on how I can claim them!

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
