Getting charged for calls and texts

Hi, we have 4 SIMs with sky showing 'unlimited calls and texts' but I am still being charged. Can you explain why?

You need to call Sky on 150 - it seems the unlimited addon is missing from some SIMs.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
