I have an Apple phone on 24 month contract, can I get a SIM card contract on my account for husbands out of contract Galaxy, he wants to keep the same number.

@SueBo Yes, log into your mobile account then purchase a new sim/data plan https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans
If his number is with a different provider he can use a PAC to port it over https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-keep-your-number
If he's already with Sky you won;t be able to port from one Sky sim to another, they will need to port out to a PAYGO sim with a different provider, then port back in to the new sim.
