Get a new phone

Hi guys so I've been with sky since may, I currently got iPhone 13 but want iPhone 16 I'm paying £32 how does it work if I want to swop it will the extra go on to the £32 or does it stay the same

Hi @Laura276  if you have only been with sky since May then there will be a considerable charge if you swap now, you send your old phone back and the value of that goes towards paying off the old contract but if you have only been paying for 10 months then there will be a big difference which would be added to your next bill to be paid in one go. If the new phone has a price of £32 then that's what you would pay. If you were to start the swap process (but don't complete) then it will give you a value and what the difference will be.
