Rolled data from sky piggybank. Shows it’s left the piggbank but doesn't show it's been added to my sim. So i've lost data without even using it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSometimes it's not instant but if necessary contact Sky to report this and they can investigate why it's happened.
