GB getting lost between piggybank and sim

Rolled data from sky piggybank. Shows it’s left the piggbank but doesn't show it's been added to my sim. So i've lost data without even using it

Sometimes it's not instant but if necessary contact Sky to report this and they can investigate why it's happened.
