Future Bills

I have sent my old phone back as part of a phone swap for an upgraded model. I was told my monthly bills will be £27.95 for 24 months, but my future bills are showing £45. Can someone kindly explain this, please?

Hi @JayMes1 when did you send your phone back as it takes 2-3 weeks to process then adjust future bills provided the condition of the old phone is as described. If it's been longer than 3 weeks then call sky on 150 for help.

If you only set it off yesterday then it is far to early for the device to be processed by the company that handles the returns so as @63johnw @has said you are looking at a few weeks for this to happen.
