Thank you. I only sent the phone off on Monday 1st July

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you only set it off yesterday then it is far to early for the device to be processed by the company that handles the returns so as @63johnw @has said you are looking at a few weeks for this to happen.
