Fund refund
I ordered for a mobile phone last and deposited was taking after some hours I was told I did not qualifyed and promised to refund my acct after 14days but going to a month now I could not get my money. Please tell me way out.

If you haven't been refunded then you will need to speak to Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
