Frustrating

Trying to pay off my old contract with seven months left on it as I have recently upgraded. Don't know why it has to be so difficult. Keep getting error message when try to do it through the app- haven't managed to get through to an actual person on the phone! Just automated robot going round in circles. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Bluejay67  all we can suggest is to perservere on the phone, have you tried saying cancellation when asked ? You could try the social media links at the bottom of this page to see if they can help.

Hi thanks for replying. No I haven't tried the cancellation route! Might try that. I tried a chat on Facebook but again it was just a robot and not an actual person who could help. The app is very frustrating, can't seem to do anything of significance on there.
