Frozen Home Screen

Can anyone help my sons I phone 15 keeps freezing the resetting has always worked but yesterday it remained frozen on Home Screen the device was purchased October but not given until Xmas day

Hi @Carmen-  if this doesn't work I would visit an Apple Store and ask them to have a look at it (googling the problem does bring up quite a few with the same issue). You can ask sky to look at it but it would need to be sent away. Just to check he does have the latest iOS firmware installed ?

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
