No service at all in the US
I travel a lot with business and have just moved to Sky. I landed in Chicago last night and switch on my phone I received the welcome txt and the next message was about about my roaming passport being activated. I received some other messages straight the way and thought everything was ok. 10 mins later I have nothing just the SOS sign. Tried most things on the help page requested setting which don't arrive guess because I'm only able to do certain stuff thanks to WIFI please can you help I have a lot of business to do this week and no one can contact me.

Have you checked to see if your phone will connect to any other networks it can find ?

I have an iPhone not sure how you do that. I have no coverage on Cellular data at all and can only use internet service due to Hotel internet. That's the only network capability I have Roaming is on and if I tuned that off no change. Is there another settings page I'm missing

Try Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection > make sure automatic is turned off and see if it will connect to anything else listed here.

It just worked one day and all is fine and now 2 days later off again
