Free gift

When I ordered my new Google pixel 10 pro there was an offer on to claim a free Google watch . It said I had to wait 14 days then return to the website to claim the offer, well upon returning to make the claim it seems they now have a different offer on so how do I go about claiming the previous offer which was a deciding factor for me purchasing the Google pixel 10 in the first place?

@LindsayCatto  If you didn't claim within the period specified in the offer which was displayed at the point of ordering then this isn't a Sky issue, it's a customer issue for not reading the terms of the offer.

 

Customers need to read the terms of any offers in force at the time.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
