@Rjhfjejdbdjfj  Galaxy is a Samsung Model, Pixel is Google, which phone did you order?

 

If it's the Google Pixel the details are displayed on the order page.

Hi, I have went onto claim for the earbuds after purchase on 26.12.25 and I am not able to select the purchase date? How can this be as I waited for 14 days as per agreement?

I have just tried the date and it works for me so have you entered it as 26/12/2025 ?
