Free gift with mobile order

I deliberately ordered two upgraded phones because Sky was offering a free tablets, worth £250, but although I have both phones, I haven't had any information about the tablets. Does anybody know what I can do?

The information was on the page where you selected the phones.

Which phones and how long ago?

Hi, they are Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and although the tablets were advertised on the page, there wasn't any fields to add further information. I've gone back to the page over and over but can't see any information at all

Just checked myself:

  1. Purchase a Galaxy S25 between 21st May 2025 and 26th June 2025 and claim a Tab A9+ worth £259.

  2. Once you have received your new device, simply visit www.samsungoffers.claims/summerupgrade to submit your claim within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Maximum one claim per promotional product purchased. See below for terms and conditions.

@wurff

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Re: Free gift with mobile order

Thank you all for helping. It wasn't easy, nor very clear but eventually I found a place I could ask for help from Sky. It was one of those times when I have no idea how I found it and I've kept the tab open in case I can't find it again! They told me to use the tracking number in place of an invoice. The claim has been accepted and the tablet should be here by the beginning of August.

It's frustrating when retailers don't give out the same information but stick with it, if you've complied with the instructions you're entitled to whatever you've gone for!

I'm in the same boat as you were, can I ask what you used as proof of purchase?

@Threesacharm

Most above is what you can use as Samsung should then accept your claim.
