Free earbuds samsung galaxy flip 6

I ordered the Samsung flip 6 on the 24th July I received this and my watch 7 but haven't received my samsung bud pro 3 yet had anyone else had theirs yet I've heard nothing from sky just them letting me know my bill is coming up please help thankyou.

Someone else contacted Sky about this and were told they wouldn't be sent out until the 30 day cooling off period has past, so that might be what the delay is down to.

I am still waiting for mine aswell told me it will be up to 4 weeks.

When i ordered my z6 flip it said 10 days after. It's been weeks and still no conformation to when they are coming.

I've done the exact same? Z6 flip, watch and bud pros for free. Got the watch a few days later but no sign of bud pros and can't find any information on when it will be sent. Sky customer services can't answer either

Lol i have no clue what's going on but I'm not happy first I've waited for my ear buds then sky sent me a message saying my ear buds would be delivered 26th August and they would email me a day before it's now 4.17pm 28th August and still no email and still no ear buds I've never had a problem with sky but this is ridiculous!!!

Lol that's what they told me when I got a text. I got on the sky chat which took some time doing. She then told me she's looked into and it's been put back. 3-4 weeks again. I wasn't happy either. Something to do with waiting on samsung to deliver more orders. 

They don't have them in stock.

she just told me that, it's gonna be 3-4 weeks. I asked about the other samsung buds they have , also out of stock.  It's all to do with the product they are trying to sell.
