Free air buds

I don't see if my Samsung A34 order this week has generated the free air buds that we're advertised with purchase. Wll they come or do I need to do something?

This is what it said when you placed the order:

 

Purchase your Samsung Galaxy A34 5G before 25th April 2023 and get a pair of Galaxy Buds2 with your order – worth £139​.​

​Please note, the Galaxy Buds2 will not appear in your basket, but it will automatically be shipped with your phone at no extra cost

I've checked and there's nothing tracking, no orders live. How else can I check

Are you saying there is no tracking for your phone, of so when did you place the order and are you signed in with the same details you used when placing the order ?
