Fraudulent Orders Placed via My Sky Account

I have been continuously informing your company about a fraud that I had encountered a week ago. After that, your company stated that it would conduct an investigation into the fraud and inform me within a week, but I have not received any information yet.I am very stressed about this issue.

@Ma48  You're not contacting Sky customer services, this is a customer led community, if you've already raised this with Sky you need to allow them to complete investigations which can take time.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Ma48

As you are talking to other customers on here to chase this up with Sky you will have to call them as it could be the scammers have got hold of your account details after someone responded to a scam email purporting to come from Sky as per this:

@Ma48

Most importantly, be very aware that scammers need to actually retrieve hardware items in order to monetise their endeavours, and so will go to considerable lengths to do so: they are known to organise doorstep pick-up as well as sending bogus prepaid return address details.

It's unfortunately also possible that all the communication you have had so far is from the scammers themselves rather than Sky.
