I'm just shocked, you can't write anything in the chat.
IT'S JUST NOT REAL, YOU CAN'T CORRESPOND IN THE CHAT, JUST SHCHOK, ONLY A CHAT BOT I WANT TO REFUSE YOUR NETWORK I'VE BEEN PAYING FOR 6 MONTHS AND I CAN'T ADD A TELEPHONE CONTRACT, I WANT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT AND THAT'S IT'S JUST HORRIBLE

Do you have a question for your fellow customers?
Most contracts cannot be terminated if you are subject to a minimum term. Have you failed the credit checks?

IT'S JUST NOT REAL I PAY DIRECT DEBIT I'VE NEVER BEEN OVERDUE I'VE BEEN PAYING DIRECT DEBIT FOR 6 MONTHS JUST AFTER AND THEY WON'T LET ME ADD A PHONE CONTRACT AND SIM CARD JUST AFTER I DON'T KNOW HOW AND THOSE WHO DON'T PAY ARE ALLOWED TO ADD A PHONE CONTRACT JUST AFTER AFTER HOW CAN THAT BE WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO GIVE CONTRACTS TO THOSE WHO PAY ON TIME AND NOT TO THOSE WHO DO NOT PAY GREAT THANKS I THINK I WILL BE EXECUTING CONTRACTS

@Ed80 Paying your bill on time for 6 months does't have much bearing on whether you will be accepted for credit, if you are failing the credit check then there is a reason for that, you need to look at your credit report to make sure there are no errors and no negative marks(you can do that for free via several companies such as creditKarma and clearscore, plus others).

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record.
Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.

A history of being able to 'pay on time' is only one element of a credit check: finance providers are obliged to consider overall affordability versus existing obligations too.
