Not a lot to go on but whatever you do, do not return it to anyone who is not Sky...

Did you receive a call claiming to be from Sky offering a discount - usually 40% - & a free gift for being a loyal customer? If yes then this was a scam. You'll now receive another call stating the incorrect gift has been sent & to return it to an address they will provide or to give it to a courier, please do not do this but instead contact Sky via the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page & report it, they'll send you a pre-paid label.

@ALOO-26  Are you already a Sky customer with other services?   If yes please take a read here and follow the guidance  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fraud-scams-start

 

If no, and you don't have any active accounts it is possible someone has used a similar email address but incorrectly input your instaead?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
