Fraud

I've opened a letter today and someone has fraudulently opened a sky mobile account and purchased phones and watches using my name and address but unable to get through to fraud or complaints at sky. Any advise?

@LBhu  You would need to persist in calling Sky are per this help guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
