Fraud
I made a order online last night and it got cancelled said my account is restricted just rang and said it's with fraud I don't no what's going on and they don't have a number for me to contact them

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
So to clarify, you rang Sky and they said it's with the Fraud department? If that's correct they won't have done much in the way of an investigation yet if you only placed an order last night.

Why will they be investagating tho I only placed a order I did place a order 2 days ago so not sure if that's why it has flagged

No-one here will know Sky's fraud-detection criteria (it won't be public for obvious reasons).
But multiple orders (perhaps from differing locations) may be a trigger.
