Forward all calls to voicemail

I'm sure there must be an easy answer to this, but I can't find it anywhere.

 

I'm travelling overseas and would like to have all incoming calls to my Sky mobile number forwarded immediately to voicemail without ringing. I know I could simply remove the SIM, but I still want to receive incoming SMS messages.

 

Is there a voicemail number I need to forward the phone to?
