For my pre booked phone

I was booked my phone on 6/10/25 it's almost a month me & my friend we both are booked together he get his phone in last week but I still don't get any updates of my phone

Iphone 17 by any chance?

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ If the order is for a latest model iPhone, delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
