Hello, I recently got an iPhone 15 delivered and before ordering it I checked the payment details, in which it assured me I won't be charged my first bill until at least 14 days after I place my order, but my bill is showing as much earlier than this. What can I do?

How and when you are charged depends on your payment method as explained here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-first-sky-mobile-bill

So it is 3 days after activation or up to 13 days if paying by direct debit.
