I have a dual sim, O2 and sky. iPhone purchased through Sky. WiFi calling is switched on and so is allow mobile data switching. However when I am connected to home broadband and people call my O2 number it connects and comes through, when they call the sky number it doesn't connect 🤷♀️
Myabe you're just lucky and should buy a lotto ticket 🤣🤣

@wm65 That has not been my experience, I had hoped it was the case but sadly it wasn't, I have the same Sky sim in slot1 and lebara in slot2, my tests have shown wifi calling only works with slot 2.
wifi calling is not offered on the sky sim in slot1 only with lebara in slot2

I think your situation endorses the problem, Sky mobile uses the O2 network therefore there should be no difference. It just shows that Sky pick and choose. After 2 years of excuses and talking to all levels of technical departments, I simply ordered an Asda sim that uses Vodafone, put it in my phone and WiFi calling was immediately available, also 5g settings were also there in settings. Now when I go to 5g areas it switches instantly and any area without a signal switches to WiFi calling.

@wm65 It's easy enough to test. Just put your phone on airoplane, turn wifi on and try to make a call, when I do this it show the sky sim unavailable and the Lebara sim as available to make the call as its using the wifi to route the call.
Also in setting, if I click sim 1 (sky) there is no option for "use wifi calling when possible" but this setting is available on sim 2 (Lebara).

PS Airplane mode still on, and both numbers ringing with separate incoming calls.

@wm65 What about outgoing calls, I must admit I have not tried incomming calls.

Trust me friend, it is to do with Skys inabillity fix it. I bought a Motorola g85 5g, and have the same problem. I wonder if talking to a solicitor would help? Is this contravening the competition laws?
