Finalise order

Hi,

 

I am trying to purchase a MacBook using sky mobile. I have chosen the MacBook, data plan (although not sure why I need this). Had my credit approved and went to make thenup front payment and finalise the deal but it does not go through. Obviously I would like to purchase using sky but not sure why his is happening.

 

any help with be appreciated

Did it ask you for an upfront payment after you had placed the order and you are saying you couldn't get any firther after entering your payment details ?

Yes, we put the card details in for the upfront payment and after pushing the confirm order button it doesn't do anything or say why it hasn't gone through

All you can do is to call Sky to see if they can help you with this.

Have you tried a different browser, if you have and the same happens then the soloition is what I posted above.
