I'm 70 in two month, retired, two spinalcord surgeries that have left me Imbalanced.
I fell with skypad in hand and now the screen is all cracked hard to see anything.
Is it possible to get a new one.

Re: Fell screen is all cracked.
If you are referring to a 'Sky'-branded tablet, that's an entirely different company (and you're probably in America ; )
'Sky Devices' of Miami FLA is completely unrelated to the Sky Mobile segment of Sky UK who operate this forum as part of Sky Group which is an overseas division of the Comcast Corporation: Sky Group doesn't manufacture or put its branding on phones or tablets.
If you received the device under a Federal program then I'm afraid the scheme has almost certainly ceased to operate.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
