Faulty phone

Sent back a faulty phone to Sky , was told I wouldn't have to pay anything, and now an amount has popped up on my bill.

You do continue paying for the phone if you are waiting for it to be returned to you after it has been repaired so you have been misinformed.

Not repair , return,as not fit for purpose and verbal agreement,would be no charges.

So did you cancel within the 30 day cooling off period at the start of the contract ?
