Cant Roll data from app

Cant Roll data to my 3 sims from app get sorry something went wrong. Been going on now for 3 Months only can Roll data when I phone Sky as they can do it there side but not mine really (Removed) getting fobbed off. Please can anyone help did get a lot of help from someone but still no joy.

All you can do is to keep calling Sky or if you believe you are getting nowhere with them then register a complaint by filling in this form:
