Failure to send replacement Sim Card!

Can someone at Sky tell me how to access Sky instead of the stupid call centre?

 

I've now rang them three times to get a replacement SIM card and still have not received it! 

 

If it fails this time, that's it I'm done with Sky you need to bring your customer service back in-house.

 

Even they admitted on the phone that they had to send a message!!

 

Not good enough and your website is garbage too!

If you are getting no where on the phone then you coul;d always try social media, there are some links at the bottom of this page but they also can be contacted via facbook messenger and whatsapp.

That was even worse I am seriously considering leaving Sky now as I never had any major issues for many years but the level of customer service is really bad!!

 

Thankfully due to the fact I was visiting Manchester I headed into their store and they sorted me out in minutes this should be the standard Sky!!
