Facing problems making payment

Was purchasing a device, after signing my agreement I tried making the upfront payment and setting my direct debit and it failed I kept insisting and it kept on failing.  Now when ever I try accessing that page to complete my order it keeps telling me technical error. 
Please what can I do?

You are going to have to call Sky about this so what the status of the order is and if you have been asked for an upfront payment to see if they can process it for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
