I recently got a new phone a few months ago with the same phone plan and amount of data (10GB). However, since getting this phone my data usage has been insane despite making no changes to how often I use my phone. I have gone through up to 800MB per day, needing to roll over extra data up to 5 times a month. I contacted Apple and they gave the basic instructions you see everywhere to change the data usage to low and turn off background app refresh. I've done all of these quick fixes but nothing is helping. Wasn't sure if anyone has had this issue before or if it's some sort of glitch that my new plan hasn't taken into account how my new phone will use more data in general? Not sure but looking for any advice as it's highly frustrating.
