Extra charges

Hi I'm getting paid for extra calls and messages when I have unlimited

Unlimted calls on apply to UK landlines (so 01, 02, 03 and 07etc) and mobiles so what calls have you making when you have bit hit with these charges ?

As above - everyone has 'unlimited' but that's not to all numbers.  Calls to certain 08 numbers are chargeable for example.

 

Your bills will itemise where you've been charged.  Also, see the tariff: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-tariff-guide

Yup - I'd recommend disabling the MMS protocol on your device.
