Extra charges
So, my problem is the fact that after paying my £41 this month for my iPhone 15, I'm being told on the 21st £84.52 will be taken out of my account. There has been no specific reason why I have to pay this amount, and it's not even showing up on my upcoming bills, all it shows is that I have paid this month and the next expected bill is the 1st of March. I don't even see where this amount has come from as I have unlimited data with a cap on. Is this is a technical issue or am I actually having to pay said amount. If so, that's absolutely baffling as nowhere has ever stated that I have to pay that other than the text I received last night.

How are you being told this extra amount will be due?
An increase normally means roaming charges, buying some extra data at £6.00 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages (95p each), calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
Only 01, 02, 03 and UK 07 mobile numbers are inclusive.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Thanks for your reply.
i haven't purchased any add ons or caused no extra fees due to roaming, my data usage is on a cap and I barely use it.
Sky have text me last night saying that the £84.52 is due on the 21st of February or just after. Completely baffled by this.

Yeah. It's from Sky, the same number that gave me my number once I activated my phone.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
