Extra charges

Hi, ive noticed i have been charged £11.24 for mobile data usage in India, however this is not correct. I had my data switched off at the time i landed in india and i had to connect to someone elses data to check my flight terminal. Please can you ket me know how we can rectify this.

Hi @MelissaForshaw  you will need to call sky on 150 to dispute any bills, did you make sure roaming and mobile data were turned off before leaving the UK and put your phone in flight mode ? If you didn't do this before leaving the UK then chances are your phone did connect to the local network for a short while.
