Hi, i recently went to egypt, i noticed a charge for data on January 31st 2025, i never touched my data, as i knew i would be charged for using it. i have now seen a new charge bringing my phone bill to £82. i am very confused with these charges as i didn't once turn data roaming on. i am extremely worried i will get more days charges bringing this bill up more and more. my bill is due to go out on the 10th of January, but i'm not willing to pay for charges i never used. i not sure how this can be sorted out. i have been charged £45 for data charges. could someone help me with this, as i cannot pay for these charges

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you have removed your account then there is no point us asking you further questions other than to say charges can still be incurred if you didn't have data or roaming turned off on your device.
