Extortionate charges

  • My bill for this month has 3 phone calls on. One was a 15 second premium number which I have no idea about it. Two numbers have been blocked as they are suspected spam. However I have been charged for these blocked numbers, instead of my bill being £8, this month your have charged me £50,28. £10.20 for 2 blocked numbers and a premium call I have no idea about which lasted 15 seconds. Roaming data for £32.58 which shouldn't be on as I was in flight mode. Yet charged..

You will have to call Sky to dispute the charges, 150 being the free number to call them on.

Your phone must have connected to the local network otherwise they would be totally unaware of it.
