Excessive data use in short period

I upgraded my 4 family SIMS yesterday from 10gb to 40GB as usage was exceeding the allowed data and the piggybank had emptied

on average each user has previously used between 5-15gb in a month

yesterday in just 10hours my son had gone through 8gb and myself 10gb - how is this possible? How can I view data being used and work out where the issue might be as this usage is exceptional and worrying?

Hi @Partridge36  have a look at your phones data monitor to see what's using most of the data. When you start a new plan the data is proratered so you don't get the full amount til the second month, not sure if this happens when changing a plan mid month? Or if you change from, for example, 10 to 40 gig and you have used the 10 gig already if you only then get 30 gig for that month ?
