Esim

I have transferred my vodafone number to sky but now I have 2 x esims. If I turn off one of the I don't get any service. Sky has confirmed that my vodafone number is live now. Do I keep both esims on

If your number has ported correctly @Lee287  then the new sky sim should be showing your old Vodafone number and the Vodafone one should be dead now. If it's not then the port hasn't happened/completed yet.

Hi @Lee287  is the new sky sim showing the correct number and set as your primary sim ?

I have set the primary sim with my number that was transfered from vodafone. The original number I was give from Sky is set as secondary but if I turn it off I have no network

Then that would suggest that the port hasn't completed properly. You will need to call sky for help @Lee287
