Esim
My Esim is not working on my new iPhone and so we've opted to use a physical sim instead, but after not recieving it by post I rang to check the update - now every time I ring up to confirm the order to make sure, someone says it's on the way and it never turns up. The newest support person then proceeds to tell me there's no order out for delivery.
Does anyone know an extension number where I can speak to someone who can really help?
im at the point now where ill have to return the phone and cancel the contract because ive got no signal or sim working at all! And then im afraid the return/cancellation process might be even more difficult.
Please if anyone knows any advice they can share on how to solve this customer service issue I am all ears

It just says 'please call us for an update on your order' to which I call and hear that there is no order - then I place a physical sim order and the cycle repeats itself.
or the link says 'oops try again'
