Morning, I received the families 3 new phones yesterday evening. So far only tried to convert my old phone to my new one. (Left sons and wifes until mine sorted).
Last night I tried numerous times to send the verification code to switch to esim on new phone, it didn't do anything and didn't give me an error. Gave up and went to bed.
Tried again this morning, got a raft of meesages presumably delayed off last night but now when I try I get the dreaded sending failed message. Seems I'm stuck and can't find any answers to the problem as it looks like it's been quite a common issue but haven't seens a genuine resolution posted.
Any ideas? I need to sort mine ASAP but then want some assurances when I try the other 2 phones I won't hit the same issues.

Update on this - called 150 and the lady there went through some ID verification with me and said she'd send 3 emails with QR codes for all 3 of our devices. This was over an hour ago she sent but they still haven't arrived, I'm also checking junk folders etc.
Problem with the system sending codes out?

Hi,
Im in the same situation as well, I got taken through the esim swap procedure and then the agent hit the same issues as me with Sending failed.
The agent explained to wait 24 hours and see if anything arrives via email.

In the end I spoke to another customer service advisor who informed me they were having loads of problems with the esims. Advice was to just swap sim cards to new phones which is now done with all phones working.
Not exactly the problem solved but at least we have working phones.
