Purchased iPhone 17 pro max with esim and cant seem to get it work keeps saying cant connect so then purchased a plastic sim and cant activate that on handset either

Why can't you activate the SIM card, what issues are you having doing this ?

Ask for pin gave them it and then says activate then when u hit button activation not successful

Are you using the details that came with the card, if you are you will have to find a way to contact Sky about this to see if they can get it working for you. If you can't call tjem
