Hello,
I've recently upgraded to iphone15, I requested a replacement esim (previously card) for the new device.
I've followed the steps to install the esim.
Unfortunately for me no signal.
I've followed all online guidance, the phone setting show the mobile provider to be sky, but there's no signal.
I can't make or receive calls, I can't access my work VPN because I need acess to text messages to verify.
An extremely frustrating 24hours and I'm no further along.
I'd be really grateful if someone could help.

I called Sky and managed to get aa physical sim sent out. Thanks all for your help.
