Esim didnt work had to get a physical sim

I never got the confirmation code for my e sim. Sky sent me a new sim today. But unable to activate it as the new sim is not showing up on my account.

All you can do is to use another phone to call Sky about this as they should be able to activate it for you and to tell you what account it is on.
