Ordered phone but not received any confirmation
Hiya I just ordered a phone through messaging with a representative as the website wasn't working for me. He told me the phone was ordered but when looking at my orders on the app and at my emails I've not recieved a confirmation. Anyone know if it has actually been ordered or not? Ordered about an hour ago so not sure if it's just taking a while. Thanks for your help!

It might be too soon. Credit checks have to be completed. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

You might need to give it at least 24 hours or even 48 hours seeing as tomorrow is new years day for your account to update and show that this order has been placed.
