I ordered an esim yesterday about midday but have yet to receive the confirmation code so I can activate it. How long does it usually take to get the email?

Hi @Lynseykirk84 its normally fairly instant. Is there an option to request it again ? If not use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact sky if you can't call them.
