Esim activaton issue

I am switching from a S21 to S23.

I can't activate my esim on my new phone. It says it will send me a text but my old sim has deactivated so I can't actually get the activation text through.

I can't call sky.

On the new phone and my phone number signal has gone now on my old phone so i'm stuck with 2 phones with zero signal and no way of receiving calls or texts - any ideas please!?
