Error when transferring number to new esim

I keep getting error messages when transferring my number to new sky esim

Which non-Sky network did you get a PAC from?

 

(You cannot transfer from Sky to Sky)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Assuming the PAC hasn't expired then you may have to call Sky (on 150) to apply it.
