If you do activate this sim then you will be paying for it as well as your other Sky sim so you will be paying for both of them if this is what you want to do.

Tagging on to this. Leaving sky having had a sim only with them but each time I request the PAC I get a message saying firstly they don't understand requesting I enter DOB. I do this and get a message saying its unavailable and try later (have being trying since last night).

If you only want to have (and pay) for one sim then just move the sim from your old phone to your new one then you do not need to activate this new sim you have been sent.

I have not activated the new sim and my old sim is now in the new phone ? Will my account then be updated ?
as the bill is due out soon and I am being charged as below for 2 hand sets

If you returned a device to Sky then your account will be updated when the phone that been inspected by the company that handles these returns so keep an eye on your future bills.
