Error on bill

Hi

 I have noted on my account, for my bill date 28th November, there has been an error where the device charge has been added on twice. This is doubling my bill when it should only be £38, not £77. 
Please can this be corrected asap.

Hi @Zarish1997  this isn't sky CS so if the billing period is for one month then you need to call sky on 150 for help with this.

Was the device charge paid on last months bill and does these two charges cover the same date period ?
